Hare & Hounds is a 19th-century strategic board game invented in France, also known as The Military Game. It was popular among French army officers during and after the Franco-Prussian war and is still played by many game enthusiasts worldwide.
Chess is one of the oldest and most complex games in the world. In this version Castling, en-passent and pawn promotion are all present, but the rule "Game is drawn if a position repeats 3 times" is not implemented.
Hex 7 is an elegant game of strategy invented in 1942 by the Danish inventor Piet Hein. The commercial game is no longer available, but Hex has retained its popularity over the years among game players, mathematicians, and computer scientists.
Mastermind - The classic game of code guessing, this version has many options including setting the code length, the number of colors used, the number of guesses allowed, and much more. A true brain bender!
Tactix is one more brain game proposed by the famous Danish scientist and inventor of games and puzzles Piet Hein. TacTix is a very nice variation and implementation of a game called Nim, one of the most famous and traditional mathematical games.
Checkers - the classic board game, also known as Draughts, some consider it a precursor to chess.
Triplets is an easy 3 in a row game invented yars ago by a Polish American professor of Mathematics: Stanislaw Ulam.
